Where ClearFeed excels
ClearFeed is tightly integrated into Slack workflows. It tracks unresolved questions, creates Jira tickets automatically, and keeps a knowledge loop running inside your Slack workspace. If internal Slack operations efficiency is your only goal, ClearFeed is mature and well-designed.
The limit: it's Slack-only and internal-only. No external customer channel, and no path to Teams or voice like ours.
Where Anserve differs
Anserve gives employees the same Slack-first experience — and extends that same knowledge base to customer-facing web chat today, with Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and phone on the roadmap. One setup, every channel.
For organisations that want internal knowledge answering and customer support from one platform, Anserve removes the need for a second tool.
